Tree Stand Hanging and Ground blind setup  - 15 hrs

  • Picking the right area Identifying the right tree-hanging stand so it is easy for clients to climb into
  • Cutting multiple shooting lanes to the deer's path of travel
  • Correct use and setup of ground blinds

Maps Learning how to read aerial maps - 10 hrs

  • Using the maps to determine deer's path of travel
  • Using map to identify potential stand locations
  • Figuring out what stand is best to hunt based on wind direction

Understanding the use of a compass and GPS - 8 hrs

First aid and CPR - 8 hrs

Scoring Antlers - 10 hrs

  • How to precisely measure antlers
  • How to field judge antlers How to explain a minimum buck
  • Explaining minimum policy

Aging whitetail  - 4 hrs

  • Teeth wear
  • Physical characteristics

Tracking Deer - 6 hrs

  • Learning to be patient Identifying where the deer is hit based upon the blood trail

Food Plots - 15 hrs
